Triathlon Training Blog

Triathlon Training Blog

Even though GymSkinZ may initially *appear* all about "stupid t-shirts" and
all around frivolous fun, I will actually pass on some USEFUL information
every now and then relating to triathlon and fitness... yes, crazy I know...

In this installment, check out this 4 minute video featured on the Discovery
Channel on The BG Triathlon World Cup and The Peak Centre for Human
Performance - the folks that got my a$$ to the finish line at Ironman Canada; not once, but TWICE!

Thanks to the help of Mike and Anita at Peak, I even managed to finish half
an hour quicker this year with a lot less training and junk-mileage (and sleep, but don't tell Anita that)

Check it out:

Me getting worked over on the Computrainer at Peak...

...Next week - Training with a Heart Rate Monitor - waste of time, or the best thing since sliced bread? and more juicy training info for the off season!
